We build the digital product your business has outgrown.
Pixora Technologies is a full-stack design and technology studio. Websites, AI automation, SaaS and CRM platforms, 3D visuals, UI/UX and illustration — engineered by one senior team instead of five disconnected vendors.

Six disciplines. One accountable team.
Most agencies are good at one thing and subcontract the rest. We run design, engineering and automation under one roof, which is why our projects don't stall between vendors.
A studio built the way we wished agencies worked.
Pixora Technologies started in 2019 with three people and one rule: never hand a client a deliverable we wouldn't be happy to inherit ourselves. That rule turned out to be surprisingly hard to keep — and it is why we are still here.
Today we are a team of designers, engineers, 3D artists and automation specialists working with founders, marketing leads and operations teams across eighteen countries. Some clients come for a website and stay for a CRM. Some arrive with a rescue job. Most stay for years.
We are deliberately mid-sized. Large enough to staff a serious build, small enough that you will know everyone working on your project by name.
Senior people, no handoffs
The person who scopes your project is the person who builds it. No junior swap after the contract is signed.
Weekly shipping, visible board
You get staging links every week and a board you can open any time. Nothing lands as a surprise at the end.
You own everything
Code, designs, 3D scenes, illustrations and documentation transfer to you on final payment. No lock-in, ever.
Fixed scope, fixed price
Packages are quoted up front in USD. If the scope changes we tell you what it costs before we start, not after.
How every project runs
- 01
Discover
A working session to map goals, users, constraints and what success actually looks like in numbers. You leave with a written scope, not a sales deck.
- 02
Design
Architecture, wireframes and high-fidelity direction. We prototype the risky parts first so decisions are made on something you can click, not describe.
- 03
Build
Weekly shipping against a public board. You see staging links as they happen, so nothing lands as a surprise at the end of the engagement.
- 04
Launch & scale
QA, performance tuning, analytics, handover documentation and a support window — then an optional care plan for whatever comes next.
Transparent packages. Priced in USD, quoted up front.
Every service has three tiers. Pick the one that matches where you are — you can always move up mid-project and only pay the difference.

We ask every client the same question at handover: would you do this again? These are some of the answers.
“Pixora rebuilt our storefront in Next.js and our load time dropped from 6.4s to under a second. Conversions climbed 41% in the first quarter after launch — the numbers speak for themselves.”
“The AI automation team mapped every step of our intake process and replaced it with agents that just work. We went from 3 full-time coordinators to zero manual triage in six weeks.”
“We came in with a rough CRM idea and left with a live multi-tenant SaaS product. Pixora handled architecture, billing, onboarding and the design system without us chasing anyone.”
“Their 3D product renders replaced an entire photoshoot budget. Same visuals across the site, Amazon listings and our trade show booth — and we can re-render any colourway overnight.”
“The UX audit found seven drop-off points we had argued about for a year. They shipped a redesigned onboarding flow and activation went from 22% to 58%.”

“Working with Pixora feels like having a senior in-house team. Clear scope, honest timelines, and design work that our investors actually commented on during the raise.”
“They inherited a codebase two agencies had already given up on. Instead of pushing a rewrite they audited it, told us what was worth keeping, and had us shipping again in three weeks.”
“The brand system they built is the first one our team has actually stuck to. Everything from the pitch deck to the packaging finally looks like it came from the same company.”
“We asked for a website and ended up with a proper platform. Two years on, our own developers are still working inside the structure Pixora set up — that says everything.”
“Honest people. They talked us out of the expensive tier because we didn't need it yet, then delivered exactly what they said they would, on the day they said they would.”

Happy to put you in touch with a reference in your industry before you commit.
Questions we get before every kickoff.
If yours isn't here, email us — we answer properly rather than routing you to a sales funnel.
Most engagements kick off within 3–5 business days of the signed proposal. Discovery calls can usually be booked within 24 hours — email info@pixoratechnologies.com and we will send available slots the same day.
Yes. We currently serve clients across North America, the UK, the EU, the Gulf and Australia. Every project gets a shared workspace, a weekly async video update and at least four overlapping working hours with your team.
Packages are a starting point, not a cage. Tell us what you actually need and we will build a custom scope with transparent line-item pricing — you only pay for the parts you use.
You do — completely. On final payment we transfer full ownership of the repository, design files, 3D assets and illustrations, along with documentation so any future team can pick up where we left off.
Standard terms are 40% to begin, 30% at the mid-project milestone and 30% before final handover. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. We accept bank transfer, Wise and major cards in USD.
Every package includes a support window (14 to 90 days depending on tier). After that you can move onto a monthly care plan covering hosting checks, updates, bug fixes and a block of change hours.
Absolutely. Roughly half our work is improving something that already exists. We start with an audit, agree what stays and what goes, and work inside your conventions rather than forcing a rewrite.
Yes, before any commercial detail is shared. We are happy to sign your NDA or provide ours, and we can keep the project out of our public portfolio entirely if you prefer.
Let's build the thing you keep putting off.
Tell us what you're trying to ship. You'll get a straight answer on scope, timeline and cost — usually within one business day, and always without a sales pitch.
