UI/UX Designing
Design decisions backed by evidence, not opinion.

How we think about it
Good product design is mostly removing reasons for someone to leave. We find those reasons through research and analytics rather than debating them in a meeting, then design the flow that fixes them.
We work in Figma with real components from the start, so what we hand engineering is a system — tokens, states, responsive rules, empty and error cases — not a pile of static screens that fall apart on implementation.
Every engagement ends with a prototype you can click and test with real users, and documentation that keeps the design consistent long after we finish.
UX research
User interviews, competitor teardowns, analytics review and usability testing that produces a prioritised list of what to fix.
Product & app design
End-to-end interface design for web and mobile, from information architecture through to polished high-fidelity screens.
Design systems
Token-based component libraries in Figma, documented and mapped to code so design and engineering stay in sync.
Conversion optimisation
Funnel analysis, landing page redesign and A/B test design aimed at a specific number, not a vibe.

Payment terms: 40% to begin, 30% at the mid-project milestone, 30% before handover. Need a different structure or a monthly retainer instead? Ask us.
Four stages, no black box.
You always know what stage the project is in, what is being worked on this week, and what comes next.
Discover
A working session to map goals, users, constraints and what success actually looks like in numbers. You leave with a written scope, not a sales deck.
Design
Architecture, wireframes and high-fidelity direction. We prototype the risky parts first so decisions are made on something you can click, not describe.
Build
Weekly shipping against a public board. You see staging links as they happen, so nothing lands as a surprise at the end of the engagement.
Launch & scale
QA, performance tuning, analytics, handover documentation and a support window — then an optional care plan for whatever comes next.
What people say after handover.
“Pixora rebuilt our storefront in Next.js and our load time dropped from 6.4s to under a second. Conversions climbed 41% in the first quarter after launch — the numbers speak for themselves.”
“The AI automation team mapped every step of our intake process and replaced it with agents that just work. We went from 3 full-time coordinators to zero manual triage in six weeks.”
“We came in with a rough CRM idea and left with a live multi-tenant SaaS product. Pixora handled architecture, billing, onboarding and the design system without us chasing anyone.”
“Their 3D product renders replaced an entire photoshoot budget. Same visuals across the site, Amazon listings and our trade show booth — and we can re-render any colourway overnight.”
“The UX audit found seven drop-off points we had argued about for a year. They shipped a redesigned onboarding flow and activation went from 22% to 58%.”

“Working with Pixora feels like having a senior in-house team. Clear scope, honest timelines, and design work that our investors actually commented on during the raise.”
“They inherited a codebase two agencies had already given up on. Instead of pushing a rewrite they audited it, told us what was worth keeping, and had us shipping again in three weeks.”
“The brand system they built is the first one our team has actually stuck to. Everything from the pitch deck to the packaging finally looks like it came from the same company.”
“We asked for a website and ended up with a proper platform. Two years on, our own developers are still working inside the structure Pixora set up — that says everything.”
“Honest people. They talked us out of the expensive tier because we didn't need it yet, then delivered exactly what they said they would, on the day they said they would.”

UI/UX Designing questions
Yes — plenty of clients take our Figma files to their own engineers. Handoff includes specs, tokens, responsive rules and a walkthrough call so the build does not drift from the design.
We agree the metric up front — activation rate, checkout completion, support ticket volume — instrument it before launch, and review it after. If a change did not move the number, we say so.
Often. We usually start with an audit and a staged plan so you can ship improvements incrementally instead of freezing your roadmap for a big-bang relaunch.
Then we substitute competitor analysis, expert review against established heuristics, and testing with recruited participants who match your target profile.
