How we think about it
Building SaaS is mostly the unglamorous parts: tenancy, permissions, billing edge cases, onboarding, invitations, audit logs, and an admin panel your support team can actually use. We have built these enough times to get them right the first time.
For CRM work, the usual story is a team paying for Salesforce or HubSpot while using ten percent of it and still exporting to spreadsheets for the parts it cannot do. A custom CRM built around your real pipeline is often cheaper within eighteen months and fits how you actually sell.
Everything is built to be handed over. Clean architecture, typed end to end, documented, tested and deployed through a pipeline your future engineers will recognise.
Multi-tenant SaaS
Workspaces, roles, invitations, seat management and data isolation designed in from the first commit rather than retrofitted.
Subscription billing
Stripe or Paddle with plans, trials, proration, dunning, usage metering and a customer billing portal that works.
Custom CRM
Pipelines, deals, contacts, activity timelines, email sync and reporting shaped around how your team actually sells.
Admin & analytics
Internal tooling for support and success: impersonation, feature flags, cohort metrics, churn and revenue dashboards.
SaaS Product & CRM packages
Prices are in USD and quoted as a fixed project fee. Anything outside the listed scope is agreed and priced before work starts — never billed as a surprise.

Four stages, no black box.
You always know what stage the project is in, what is being worked on this week, and what comes next.
Discover
A working session to map goals, users, constraints and what success actually looks like in numbers. You leave with a written scope, not a sales deck.
Design
Architecture, wireframes and high-fidelity direction. We prototype the risky parts first so decisions are made on something you can click, not describe.
Build
Weekly shipping against a public board. You see staging links as they happen, so nothing lands as a surprise at the end of the engagement.
Launch & scale
QA, performance tuning, analytics, handover documentation and a support window — then an optional care plan for whatever comes next.
What people say after handover.
“Pixora rebuilt our storefront in Next.js and our load time dropped from 6.4s to under a second. Conversions climbed 41% in the first quarter after launch — the numbers speak for themselves.”
“The AI automation team mapped every step of our intake process and replaced it with agents that just work. We went from 3 full-time coordinators to zero manual triage in six weeks.”
“We came in with a rough CRM idea and left with a live multi-tenant SaaS product. Pixora handled architecture, billing, onboarding and the design system without us chasing anyone.”
“Their 3D product renders replaced an entire photoshoot budget. Same visuals across the site, Amazon listings and our trade show booth — and we can re-render any colourway overnight.”
“The UX audit found seven drop-off points we had argued about for a year. They shipped a redesigned onboarding flow and activation went from 22% to 58%.”

“Working with Pixora feels like having a senior in-house team. Clear scope, honest timelines, and design work that our investors actually commented on during the raise.”
“They inherited a codebase two agencies had already given up on. Instead of pushing a rewrite they audited it, told us what was worth keeping, and had us shipping again in three weeks.”
“The brand system they built is the first one our team has actually stuck to. Everything from the pitch deck to the packaging finally looks like it came from the same company.”
“We asked for a website and ended up with a proper platform. Two years on, our own developers are still working inside the structure Pixora set up — that says everything.”
“Honest people. They talked us out of the expensive tier because we didn't need it yet, then delivered exactly what they said they would, on the day they said they would.”

SaaS Product & CRM questions
Entirely. There is no licence, no lock-in and no per-seat fee to us. On final payment the repository, infrastructure and documentation transfer to your accounts.
Yes, and it is common. We start with a paid technical audit — usually a week — that tells you honestly what is salvageable, what needs rewriting and what it will cost. That audit fee is credited against the build if you continue with us.
Most clients move onto a monthly retainer with a fixed number of engineering days, so new features ship continuously without renegotiating scope each time. Retainers start at $2,500 a month.
An early-stage SaaS usually runs $50–$300 a month across hosting, database and email. We architect to keep that curve sane as you grow and set up cost alerts so nothing surprises you.
